Job Location: Noida/NCR
Job Description: Work may include Designing architecture of structures using tools like Auto CAD 2D 3D 3D MAX etc Working drawings detailing preparing BOQ/specifications. interaction/Coordination with Project managers / Clients . Plan Supervise and coordinate all projects New and renovation Overall fixture management (Fixture ordering and delivery Quality control Costs etc.) Vendor management (architect / civil contractors flooring contractors etc).
Desired Profile: B. Arch/Diploma in Architecture from a reputed institute with 2-6 yrs of experience in doing big projects with planning & construction. Competent in understanding & implementing various construction drawings. Well versed with various material specifications for all aspects of projects like lighting flooring etc. Good conceptual designing planning implementation skills Good interpersonal skills positive attitude ability to work under tight deadlines initiator time management skills achiever
